Commercial Property SolicitorI am currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded full-service law firm based in central Leeds. My client have a professional and friendly working environment along with flexible and hybrid working. The role would suit a junior qualified solicitor or legal executive who is NQ – 3 years PQE and you will have experience of working in Commercial Property law.
This is an exciting opportunity where initially you will provide assistance across the department, with a view to specialising in one of the teams later in your career.
You will handle a wide range of property work and will be encouraged to develop expertise in specific areas.
Duties will include:
Sales and purchases
Landlord and tenant, and agricultural tenancies
Secured borrowing and lending
Our specialist sectors: rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential
Development sites
Regular property work including title queries and registration work.
NQ – 3 years PQE and you will have experience of working in Commercial Property law.
